TRAINING:

A full range of training services are available.

In addition to the delivery of training courses we are able to offer a training needs analysis service to ensure that all your staff receive the required training.

SAFETY AUDITS

A formal review and assessment of your safety management arrangements in theory and practice. Audits are based on a questionnaire that analyses your safety arrangements in light of best practice models and HSE guidance on safety management.

Safety audits will typically involve between one and three days effort dependant on the depth of audit required and the size of your undertaking.

Accident investigations can be conducted on your behalf anywhere in the world; we can also act on your behalf in any liaison with the enforcing authorities following an accident.

DSE Assessments

We are able to offer full support in this area. Either by conducting the required assessments on your behalf, or by the provision of simple training to key staff within your organisation.

Contractor Vetting:

For higher risk contractors; we are able to offer you a choice of vetting systems to suit your needs and budgets.

Safety Meetings/Safety Planning

Provision of advice during any regular safety meetings, or safety review sessions.

Safety Climate/Culture Surveys:

Using specially designed questionnaires to map out your staffs attitudes and knowledge of your company systems.

Allows a quick analysis of future company needs and allows an in depth understanding of your staffs unvoiced beliefs. This technique can highlight or confirm areas of concern.

Behavioural Safety Initiatives

It is believed that our actions and beliefs must always match in the long term. Using your own staff or managers to monitor agreed behavioural indicators you can significantly address areas such as none compliance or attitudinal issues that cause you concern. We will develop a simple questionnaire and train the relevant staff in order to enable you to take control.

Sickness Absence Management

Sickness absence can become a major drain upon a an employers resources if not well managed. We are able to offer a variety of solutions to any issues you may have in this area.

Disaster Recovery/Contingency Planning

Unplanned events and disasters can have a catastrophic effect on your business if you are not fully prepared. Working together we can identify potential disasters and have contingency plans in place to allow your business to recover quickly from any disaster.

PRICING:

Rates for most work are a flat fee of £450 per day or £270 per half day.

Additional services such as accident reporting/analysis; ongoing telephone support are subject to your specific needs and demands but will typically fall in the region of £500 - £1000 per year.
